Q: IS YOUR SITE SAFE AND SECURE?

A: YES! Official Tactical Store is 100% secure. We use STRIPE as our payment processing system which guarantee 100% online security. This will give you an assurance that your information will not be saved in our database.

Q: IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?

A: YES! All transactions are processed by Stripe Payment and your information are never stored in our system. In fact, Stripe is the safest platform to transact anything about buying online.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A QUALITY GUARANTEE?

A: OF COURSE! We always make sure that every order and package is packed with utmost care. We guarantee every item that we shipped passed standard quality check and control.

Q: WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME ON MY ORDER?

A: All local (USA) orders will be processed and shipped out around 7-10 business days. (Particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) order processing and deliveries may take longer). We ship orders on a daily basis. However, there is a delay due to overwhelming demand. However, we always 100% guarantee that every order is delivered to every of our customers.

Q: WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN-PRODUCTION?

A: Most of our products are custom-made and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get it done. But sometimes, we produce ahead of time.

Q: AM I LIABLE FOR MY ORDER WHILE IT IS BEING SHIPPED?

A: You are not liable for your order while it is being shipped. All our orders are fully insured by Official Tactical Store.

Q: I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER MY ORDER?

A: Usually after the successful payment, you will be receiving an automatic email for Order Confirmation. If the Order Confirmation is not in your inbox, you may check your SPAM folder as sometimes emails go directly to that folder. However, if you haven’t received the Order Confirmation, please feel free to contact or email us anytime at officialtacticalstore@gmail.com.

Q: HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

A: Since most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept cancellation once the order is being processed by our production team.

Q: WHAT DOES "BEING PROCESSED" MEAN?

A: We have received your order and are preparing your order for shipment.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER/PACKAGE?

A:You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. If you are having trouble or perhaps unable to navigate the Order Status Page, we are always here to help you. You can email us at officialtacticalstore@gmail.com.

Q: I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT I ONLY RECEIVED 1. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

A: We sometimes ship the items separately depending on the overall weight of the package and the time it has been done since most products are custom-made. Also, we have several warehouses which fulfill the orders based on availability. You may receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't received all of your items at once…they are on the way!

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ITEM?

A: We 100% guarantee delivery of every item! If you do not have receive your order within the delivery timeframe, simply contact us at officialtacticalstore@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of!

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

A: We are human and we do make mistake, but rest assured that we will always take care of you the best that we can. If the item or product that you have received is not the product you have bought we will reship or send a replacement. You can email us at officialtacticalstore@gmail.com.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

A: Sad to say that since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept return unless the product/item received is damage.

Q: HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Q: HOW DO I ASK REFUND?
A: We want all our customer to be happy and refunds will be given in a form of a store credit. Please email us at officialtacticalstore@gmail.com and let us know why you want a refund so we can better assist you.
